The true spark for DataQuest Lab came from watching a young, creative mind at work. Observing my daughter handcraft custom toys for her friends and teachers, it became clear that this wasn’t just a simple hobby—it was a display of organic, end-to-end leadership. Without any formal training, she was instinctively guiding herself through the entire lifecycle of a creator: from initial concept brainstorming and material procurement to final delivery.

What began as an experimental framework has evolved into a fully operational, kid-led execution lab. This summer, this pilot program serves as a living proof-of-concept for Agile adaptability and rigorous project controls.
